"I have a policy at the office in Bradley and they needed me to sign some papers but I wasn't able to get up there. I went to Tom's office and asked if he could have them send the paperwork to his office. He had no problem helping me out. It saved me a lot of time and was very helpful."

"I have all my insurance (House's, truck, Business, motorcycle etc) through State Farm since 2013. Tom Armstrong is my agent and I couldn't ask for a better one. He responds immediately wether it be a claim or just an inquiry. You can sit in his office and feel at home !!!!! We had an issue that I won't get into but I called him and not only did he rectify my situation, 1st he hopped in his car and drove to my house to make sure we were properly taken care of , he didn't have to do that !!!! All and all just a very nice, caring guy and that's saying something for an insurance agent !!!!! No offense Tom..🤣😆 4T5 Printing loves State Farm !!!!"
